I'd like to know what do you think about this...the other possible way is that we make an own free tribes and then we make an alliance with one of the factions for playing our entry. Is it possible?

i´d say this may be the best way to start. playing orcs involves much diplomacy and starting your tribe without any bindings may result in a dense struggle for alliances.
with roundabout 10 people i´d recommend to start as a "solo tribe". with 3-5 people i´d consider to be part of an existing fraction.

I´d like to write a positive example. In the years before I heard a lot about Roleplayers from other countries, most italian and spain, that they come from another type of playing, prefer to hit on heads and so on.
I was in the Blue-Camp this year and there althoug was a big spanish group of pikemen. They were there for the first time and in the first battle they were the best example for every prejudice I could come up with. Then they learned and listened that the Drachenfest is a bit different from what they knew before.
In the final fight none of them was without played injury. They enjoyed falling and being with the healers. In the end they were the parade example for a good player and so my preconceptions changed totally.

The Blue Players wait eagerly for their return in 2012. One good playing group can change all the prejudice. So good luck to you to be the one changing the prejudice of italian roleplayers. :)

And I love the Shoulder design. Damn I want one like that for myself. I would give it a bit more used look, but that is already said before. ;)
Do you share how you made the belt- and lace-systhem?

I speak about the ork mask because I saw someone with complete mask, someone with half mask and someone only with makeup...I would like to know which one is the best way...and if it depends by the kind of ork you play?

Well, then better an Orc-player answers. I´m currently working on my first Orc-Mask as a side project.

... that´ll gonna be a 3/4 mask on a Ski-mask as basic. Easiest to take on and off as far as I know.

It´s a must, that you have to look like an orc. Only makeup is not enough...there are exeptions to that rule, but in general you need at least some alienating applications. it´s only a matter of what you achieve and how convincing you are...if it looks cool : you´re cool. if not, then you have to improve :)
if it´s okay or not enough is always a case-2-case-decision. although not appreciated by some we´ll, reintroduce the "ohl-players-evaluate-applications"-policy. that way you´ll submit your ohl-application and the image of your costume will appear in a gallery. that way everyone can see all approved and pending applications and comment on them. this is not to let community judge if you´re allowed to join (that was, is and will ever be done by ohl-orga...) but to help people improving their costume.

in the past that policy was misunderstood as sth like a "casting", which led to users commenting on users in a "pro user" / "contra user" - style. in the future we´ll keep the respective forum highly moderated.
we (orga) claim to get anyone who´s interested and willing to accept our criteria into our camp by any means possible. receiving positive support from the community has proven to be the most effective way
of achievieng great results - and you get close to that community way before DF :)

Perfect...
I would like to try making the mask by my self because here in italy the masks aro so expensive...
I think I will start next week...do you have any advise or any links I can look for make a mask?

For the men of the group I think I will make complete mask, for the women I'm thinking about an half-mask because we have so many hair and we would like to not cover the hair to dacorate them whit little bones and something like this.

Do you think is it possible? :)

Looks good.  Of course the mandatory note: More dirt and give it a used look.
You should think about a layer to wear beneath this to cover your skin. Maybe something made of rough linen. And do not be afraid to use colours as long as it is no neon pink or something else.
