The 3 gears are not bad. Just my two cents

The left one:The leather could use more more rougher damage. The belts and the Shoulder looked too clean. He should rough it up with a saw or a brush for dancing shoes.

The chainmail could use a mixture of salt and vinegar essence, to let it rust rust.

The middle one ( you): Same for your chainmail. Iam not a fan of the shape of these chainmail breast piece. The leather of the loincloth need some rough stitches. Use a natural plant based Thread to sew the leather pieces together. And a bit more dirt on the trousers.

The Right one: looks ok so far. Cool details, like the raven skulls . But i missed a clear shape. Maybe its just the photo. It looks a bit arbitrarily. Hard to explain.

thanks for your advice Urok

for the chainmail i don't really know if i let it on my neck or if i left off, to me this is more weight on my shoulder and my human skull armour is heavy already ( university skeleton pictures in coming about that )

quick look on big update on the tunic from one of my uruk female ( the red one on the picture )
she put some fur and ash fixed with acrylic paint and this is the result:

Brosh Urok
i'm coming back to you to asking you how many days i have to soak the chainmail in the mixture ?
do you think than 2-3 days are enough ?

i've completly changed my Mordor armour to Gundabad orcs, more leather, bones and some steel plates ( spaulders, greaves ) and chainmail

sorry for quality pic's
but my phone is dumb *sigh

i'll dirty the leather with black spray polish and brown and blood color acrylic with water

and cool fact : i have human spine and 24 human ribbs to make light armour ( bones are made in a kind of soft rubber or soft resin )

There are some old tipps to degalvanized the stuff.

For example put it a few days in a bucket with cillit Bang. Do you familiar with cillit Bang?

Or put the metal in the fire and let it glow.

Or was the fire trick only for self bluing. Mmmmh
