Survey - what would you like to have in LARPs
Verfasst: 24 Feb 2019 18:40
Hi All,
An electronics engineer from the Israeli tech institution has recently called me, and said he is looking to develop some items, that would benefit the LARPs.
He asked me if there is something that me and my LARPer friends think that is missing in our LARP scenes.
His initial thought was to develop a smart armor / shirt, that counts hit points, and transmits it to some necklace / gem-type item, that changes the color from green to red, when your hit points are gone - thus helping you know when you should fall dead (the idea is that each player will upload his character sheet into that necklace, and it will function differently based on your character sheet).
I told him that I think it is better if he can develop the means to present magic spells, so that everyone can see and notice them, as per the rule of "you can play only what you can show".
Anyhow, he asked that I send you this survey, to read your views on the matter, so please take a few moments to fill it and hopefully, one day it will help to upgrade the LARP experience:
