I think that this thread shows in the most classic way the phrase that:

"An orc's costume cannot be built all at once, because it is a long procedure that takes even a few years, until you have a full costume that both you and the others are happy with"

One small tip:

If you run out of thick leather, and you have only thin sofa-leather, you can put a layer on layer (you decide how many you want), stitch them together, and then you have a piece of thick leather again.

Looks very good and I like your armoring skill, Bur-Urk.

You only need to remember to pay attention when you fight, since the the metallic parts protrude outside when you make a fist shape.

So please be careful with it, and see that you don't really injure your opponents.
